Industrial Fan Guard

This is an interesting part. We collaborated with our customer's engineers to devise a design to maximize air flow & minimize cost. We laser cut and form the stamping, spot weld the grid, then blind MIG weld the wire form grid to the stamping, The part is then powder coated.
