Overmolded Steering Wheel

This close tolerance steering wheel is used on a domestic ATV. We stamp the center part, roll the ring, CNC form the wire spokes, press a screw machine hub into the center plate and face the hub. After all that fabrication, the part snaps into a close tolerance plastic injection mold.
