The Overmolded Steering Wheel is a meticulously crafted component designed for domestic ATVs, showcasing a blend of precision engineering and high-quality materials. The primary manufacturing processes include CNC wire forming for the precise shaping of the outer ring and wire spokes, progressive stamping of the hub plate, and advanced machining to integrate a screw machine hub into the hub plate. The robust construction is further enhanced by secondary processes such as robotic welding, utilizing a Lincoln Electric Robotic Weld Station for superior joint integrity.

Manufactured using top-tier equipment like the Robomac CNC for wire forming and a 150 Ton Straight Side Press for stamping, this steering wheel is built from durable low carbon steel, including 3MM  thick hot roll picked and oiled for enhanced strength and corrosion resistance. The 9MM and 6MM  1018 bright basic wire adds to the structural integrity, essential for the demanding environments of ATV use. The final product features a protective yellow zinc finish and a comfortable plastic overmold, striking a perfect balance between aesthetic appeal, tactile comfort, and long-lasting durability.
