Hose Guide Support

Argo Products is proud to present a recent project, the Hose Guide Support. This initiative involved the creation of a robust hose support, weighing 35lbs, specifically designed to be affixed to the underside of a motor grader, enabling the seamless routing of hydraulic hoses from the front to the rear of the unit. Crafted from a 22mm diameter rod and a 6mm thick plate, our hose support plays a critical role in preventing damage to hydraulic lines, thereby ensuring the unimpeded flow of essential hydraulic fluid.

The project encompassed a range of manufacturing processes, including primary operations such as hydraulic forming and blanking, followed by secondary procedures like forming and robotic welding. To accomplish this, we employed cutting-edge equipment such as our Robomac CNC machine, hydraulic bender, CNC Press Brake, and Lincoln Electric/Fanuc Robotic Welder. We used high-quality low carbon steel with an HRPO sheet as the primary material, and our finished product boasted a durable powder-coated finish.
