Medical Tray Stand

For this project, we were contracted to manufacture two essential components for a medical tray stand: a bracket and a tray ring. Both components were produced in three different sizes to accommodate various medical applications.

The manufacturing process began with CNC wire forming, using a Robomac CNC machine to achieve precise shapes and dimensions. Following the initial forming, secondary machining was performed with a Bridgeport milling machine to refine details and ensure exact specifications were met, as the tray ring needed to sit carefully on the seat in the grooves made by the Bridgeport machine.

The components were fabricated from 9.53mm 304 stainless steel with a 2B finish, chosen for its durability and corrosion resistance—qualities that are critical in a medical environment. Once formed and machined, each part underwent a polishing process to achieve a smooth, polished stainless-steel finish, providing both a clean, professional appearance and improved hygiene for medical use.

This project highlights our ability to combine advanced wire forming techniques with precision machining to deliver high-quality, custom components for the medical industry.
